In 2021, I had a life-changing encounter with Jesus Christ that completely transformed my life, and in 2022 God opened the door for me to serve with FCA. I grew up playing a variety of sports and continued my football career at Arkansas Tech University and Henderson State University. After college I worked as an athletic trainer, pursued a career in real estate, and sold insurance.

For a long time I believed I had life figured out, but everything I was chasing eventually left me empty. As I opened the Scriptures on my own for the very first time, the Holy Spirit opened the eyes of my heart to the love of God revealed in the Lord Jesus Christ. That revelation changed everything. Glory be to God.

I am convinced that, outside of a parent, there is no greater influence in a young person's life than a coach. My passion is to walk alongside coaches and help them see coaching not simply as a profession, but as a ministry and calling from God. As Billy Graham said, "A coach will impact more people in one year than the average person will in an entire lifetime." It is my joy and privilege to encourage, equip, and serve coaches as they use their influence to impact lives for Christ.

As a former collegiate runner, I enjoy competing in marathons and other races, and I understand the unique opportunities sports provide for discipleship. As the Director of Women's Ministry in Saline County, I am passionate about creating environments where godly women can gather, build authentic community, grow in their faith, and encourage one another in their walk with Christ.

We have two wonderful boys, Knox and Ozzy, who bring so much joy to our lives. As a coaching family, FCA has always held a special place in our hearts. We are grateful for the opportunity to be involved and excited to take the next step in God's plan for our family as we serve, grow, and build relationships through FCA.

In December 2024, God led us to move to Arkansas, and it has truly been one of the best decisions we have ever made. We are honored to serve with the FCA Saline River Team in Sheridan, where we invest in our local schools, community, and church. Scott enjoys serving as a Track Chaplain and on the Emergency Services Team at Talladega, as well as on the Men's 4K team at our church. Pam loves encouraging coaches, teachers, students, and athletes through FCA while serving on the hospitality and youth ministry teams at church. God has richly blessed us with family and an incredible community of people who faithfully reflect the love of Christ.
